If you didn't know I LOVE A GOOD JOB SEARCH HACK. Job search hacks will save you so much time. Here is a LinkedIn job search hack to use! Don't sleep on LinkedIn. Although there are some scammers trying to prey upon job seekers, there are numerous LEGIT companies with remote jobs on the website. It's still a great source in my opinion, if you use my method to find and secure wfh and remote jobs that I share detail in my Earn with Ease™ Masterclass and on Tiktok live.

In the search bar on LinkedIn, type in the words "I'm Hiring (Type of job you're searching for)". Example, "I'm Hiring Sales" or "I'm Hiring Sales Remote". Then select "Posts", Sort By "Latest" and Date Posted "Past Week". This hack allows you to see all of the posts that a hiring manager, recruiter etc. has posted if they wrote a post about the position which they usually do.

ALWAYS RESEARCH THE COMPANIES YOU FIND! Ensure to shoot your shot to the hiring manager or recruiter who posted the role after you apply. It's even better if you connect with the direct manager in the department you're hiring for and/or someone in a similar role as you on LinkedIn. Use LinkedIn to your advantage!

P.S. I want to say for the baddies who are searching for a job. Please, don't get discouraged or overwhelmed. It really is a numbers game. Apply Strategically don't just apply to any and everything out of desperation. It'll yield unfavorable results. There are a ton of companies hiring for remote roles. The job seekers who are steadfast, have their resume on point, LinkedIn optimized, website/portfolio top tier, interview ready, confident with a money mindset will surely get a role paying a BIG BAG!
